Grooming Services
Our grooming department strives to provide a stress-free, comfortable environment for pets to enjoy their experience! We specialize in challenging cases for dogs and cats who struggle in a regular salon setting. Offering mobile, in-home and drop-off services at our Ashland location! Currently, we service Ashland, Ohio and surrounding areas.
Every dog is unique!!
At Infinity Pets & Company, we know that one size does not always fit all! Every dog and cat is unique and special in their own way. We recognize this and strive to pair our clients and their pets with a groomer who is best suited for their specific needs to ensure the best possible service/care. For this reason, we do not offer automated booking services for our grooming department! All appointments are scheduled directly by our administrative team within 24-hours of the initial inquiry or request.
Full Groom Services
No Haircut - Small Dog Full Groom $55
Dogs under 35 lbs. Includes Bath, blow dry, brush, nail trim, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, blueberry facial scrub, anal gland expression and fragrance spray!
Haircut - Small Dog Full Groom $65
Dogs under 35 lbs. Includes Bath, blow dry, brush, haircut or trim, nail trim, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, blueberry facial scrub, anal gland expression and fragrance spray!
No Haircut - Medium Dog Full Groom $70
Dogs between 35 - 65 lbs. Includes Bath, blow dry, brush, nail trim, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, blueberry facial scrub, anal gland expression and fragrance spray!
Haircut - Medium Dog Full Groom $80
Dogs between 35 - 65lbs. Includes Bath, blow dry, brush, haircut or trim, nail trim, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, blueberry facial scrub, anal gland expression and fragrance spray!
No Haircut - Large Dog Full Groom $85
Dogs 66+ lbs. Includes Bath, blow dry, brush, nail trim, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, blueberry facial scrub, anal gland expression and fragrance spray!
Haircut - Large Dog Full Groom $95

Cat Half Groom $60
Includes Bath, blow dry, brush, nail trim and, ear cleaning.
**Cat grooms are REQUIRED to be held at our Ashlan drop off location due to safety concerns/issues.**
Cat Full Groom $70
Includes Bath, blow dry, brush, haircut or trim, nail trim and, ear cleaning.

Bath Packages
Small Dog Bath $35
Dogs under 35 lbs. Includes a bath, blow dry, brush out and blueberry facial scrub!
Medium Dog Bath $45
Dogs between 35 - 65 lbs. Includes a bath, blow dry, brush out and blueberry facial scrub!
Large Dog Bath $55
Dogs 66+ lbs. Includes a bath, blow dry, brush out and blueberry facial scrub!
Cat Bath $55
Includes a bath, blow dry, and brush out.
**Cat grooms are REQUIRED to be held at our Ashland, Ohio drop off location due to safety concerns/issues.**
Add-On Services
Mobile Fee $20+
For yours and your pets convenience, we do house calls and offer mobile services! We currently have one mobile unit (trailer) that is utilized when applicable. We also conduct in-home grooms utilizing areas of clients homes that are suitable for the dog/client!
Our mobile service surcharge is $20 for all grooms in a 12 mile radius of our Ashland location.
For mobile services outside of the 12 mile radius, we charge an additional $0.40 per mile.
Poodles, Doodles & Oodles! $30
Due to the extra time it takes to brush, cut and trim -oodle breeds, we do charge an additional fee to compensate our grooming team for the extra time and care these breeds require!
Examples include Poodles, Doodles, Twoodles, etc.
Hypoallergenic Shampoo FREE
Does your pup or kitty have sensitive skin? Prone to dandruff? Allergies? No worries! Our hypoallergenic shampoo option is free of charge and will get your pet feeling fresh and itch-free.
De-mat Fee $20/hour
We understand life can get busy and keeping your dog mat free can be a struggle. We're happy to help brush out those pesky mats to get your pup feeling beautiful and pain free!
**Applies to dogs/cats of all breeds and sizes.
**Added at the groomers discretion.
**Will be pro-rated if a full hour is not needed!
**Please advise on your inquiry if you believe your pup or kitty does have mats!
Anal Gland Expression $8
Stinky dog but don't know why? Impacted and full anal glands are a contributor to bad dog odor!
**External anal gland expression ONLY.**
Ultimate Deshed $15
For those fluffy shedders! Can be added onto any bath or full groom package.
Includes shampoo and conditioner specifically designed for pulling out undercoat and extra brushing to ensure we remove all the excess fluff!
Nail Trim $10
Just need your pup or kitties nails trimmed up? No problem!
Includes cut and dremel.
Whitening Shampoo $5
White dog problems? We can help! Our whitening shampoo option will get your off-white puppy back to pearly in color.
**Can ONLY be used on dogs! No cats!!**
Teeth Brush $5
Bad breath? We can help! Our teeth brushing service is a quick and easy way to help get your pets breath smelling fresh!
**NOT a full dental service that you would receive at a vet. This service is to prevent the build up of plaque and bacteria with regular service!
Hair Trim $15
Bath service is REQUIRED for this add-on service. For pups and kitties just needing a quick trim around the face, feet or sanitary area.
Pet Safe Dye
100% Pet Safe Dye - Small Dog $15
Starting at $15 for one color plus $5 for each additional color.
Add some flare to your dogs style with our completely pet safe dye!
**No harmful chemicals or additives.
**Semi-permanent (will wash out after several washes and shedding cycles)
**Variety of color options
**Prices may vary depending on coverage area

Surcharges
Late Accommodation Fee $15
We understand that life can be busy and scheduling grooming appointments can sometimes slip the mind! We strive to get clients booked as quickly as possible, when scheduling allows.
To assist our grooming team with late notice grooms that need to be done prior to a certain date, we do charge a late accommodation fee.
**For grooms that need to be scheduled within 72 hours of request date!
Cancellation Fee $25
For cancellations that occur when the appointment is set within 72 hours of cancellation date.
If a retainer fee was paid, this will cover the cancellation fee!
Late Payment Fee
10% of groom price
We do charge a late payment fee of 10% of the total groom price for every additional day that a payment is over 7-days late from the date of the invoice.
Please ensure prompt payment!
No Show Fee $25
For no show appointments only!
If a retainer fee was paid, the retainer will not be refunded and will cover the cost of the no show fee.
Handling Fee $15
For dogs that have aggressive tendencies or that tend to nip/bite during grooming.
We are happy to help with challenging dogs and cats that struggle with grooming. Our customized grooming plans are there to help those puppies/kitties who are not accustomed to grooming.

Flea Fee $10
For dogs and cats that have live fleas. We do provide a flea bath treatment for these cases!
Please notify us if you believe your pet has fleas.
We correspond via email for all services!!
Our booking software allows us to communicate with clients via the email provided on our service request forms! Please keep an eye on the email account that you provide for further information regarding booking. It's also important that clients check their spam folder 12-24 hours after submitting a request form!
